This was one of my worst experiences, very bad, very bad. This man Colin Santana was one of the worst realtors, one of the worst and from the worst company Move for Free. They are a very deceitful type of company. I paid for property management and they never came to check the house. The renters destroyed the house, damaged the kitchen, bathrooms, garage motors, and did construction inside the house without my authority when none of this was in the contract. I would contact the company and they all ignored me, did nothing. The neighbors complained about the noise. Colin Santana told me they were Christians and that they even used drugs inside my house. I told them they were smoking inside the house and they didn’t care, just when they vacated the house. My house was left destroyed and I left it in perfect condition. I hired them to be responsible for the house and they weren’t. The tenants left it damaged and they did nothing, just ignored me as the homeowner. Don’t give your house to this type of company or to this realtor Colin Santana. This was one of my worst experiences. This guy as a realtor is useless, he pretends to be a good person but he is a lying fake. Be very careful because this company is one of the worst in Manassas. If you want to look for a company, find a realtor company that is honest and that you can communicate with. This company only texts and emails and they don’t respond; they don’t care what is happening to the owner’s house. Be very careful because they don’t care, they are very dangerous and they can destroy your house and it will cost you more. And I repeat, the people are very deceitful. Here are Amber Santana, Sara Santana, Colin Santana; this whole team of this realtor is bad, they are not professionals, they are thieves and mobsters. Be very careful with this type of people, I’m letting you know from personal experience.
